Rules and Regulations by County/City and Ease of Ordinance Laws

Short term rental laws and ordinances differ based on the locality of the property.  Violation of these laws and ordinances can result in civil and criminal liability.  Each owner is responsible for complying with all local ordinances and independently verifying the legality of short term rental bookings in your area.  Please consult with the city or county zoning administrators in the jurisdiction in which your rental unit is located to verify the viability of the short term rentals in your area.
